StumbleUpon Favorites 1.0

This plugin provides a widget with several options to list a StumbleUpon user's favorite/liked pages.

Category: External Tool Integration >> StumbledUpon
Author: Rohit Garg
Description: StumbleUpon Favorites is a widget based on the default RSS widget that was developed to allow the sharing of bookmarks with blog visitors. This plugin makes it much easier to use and customize the list grabbed from your own [StumbleUpon](http://www.stumbleupon.com) account.

In addition to simply grabbing and displaying the list, the plugin does the following things (which are not supported by the default RSS):

* Option to display/hide the StumbleUpon logo
* Option to display/hide the number of votes for a bookmark
* Automatic shortening of long urls to prevent the breaking of template sidebars
* Automatic fixing of HTML entities and the double encoding commonly found in the StumbleUpon feed
* Default nofollow attribute
* Links always open in a new tab/window

As this widget is based of the RSS widget, multiple instances are permitted. The plugin is not known to conflict with other widgets or plugins.

Other features may eventually be added in the future. You are free to modify this plugin under the terms of the GNU GPL license quoted in the stumblewidget.php file comments. You may not under any circumstance remove the author credit from the comments (this is hidden to the public).

A link to the author is appreciated, but not required.

A plugin used to generate drop caps in posts and pages.

Category: Post Plugins >> Formatting
Author: Thomas Milburn
Description: The drop caps plugin is fairly self-explanatory. It adds mark-up to your posts and pages which allows you to create wicked drop caps like those shown on my blog.

The plugin has two options found in the settings menu. You can choose to enable or disable the drop caps and you can also select whether you want to use the default plugin styling or add your own styling to your stylesheet.

The plugin marks-up the first paragraph starting with a capital letter. It makes the first letter into a drop cap and gives the paragraph a class of "first-child" allowing you to style the first paragraph in a different way.

Organisation Maps 0.2

This plugin provides a mapping capability built on the Google Maps API.

Category: External Tool Integration >> Google
Author: Lim Jiunn Haur
Description: There are several plugins that can embed Google Maps into Wordpress pages. However, most, if not all, of them require the user to specify the markup in a separate KML file. I found that troublesome, and hence created a plugin that allows the administrator to create a marker simply by clicking on a spot on the map, AJAX-style. The markup data is then stored in a database and is retrieved when the page is accessed.

The administrator can also specify the text (or HTML) to be displayed in the info window when the user clicks on the marker. Furthermore, the plugin allows him/her to categorize the markers and set a custom icon for each marker category.

The map is displayed on its own page together with its legend and a marker list. The legend is a list of the marker categories that the administrator has created, with each element being an icon-name pair. The marker list is a list of all the markers that are currently displayed on the map. It is contained in a floating window that extends on mouse over and rolls up on mouse out. Clicking on an element in the marker list centralizes the corresponding marker and opens its info window.

Additional features include marker filtering and getting driving directions.
